Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Dog Nail Scratch Board. If you're not satisfied, you can return it under the terms below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (a defective or incorrect item), we cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of approval.
